SHIPPING POLICY

We use reliable shipping methods and carefully consider packaging to protect your bags during transit. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we aim to provide you with the best value for your money.
At Bush Bags SA, we prioritise your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a straightforward shipping policy to build trust and loyalty among our customers. We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely.​ Bush Bags SA keeps as complete an inventory as possible, as our products are manufactured. In the event of an extended delay in delivery time, we will be in contact with you.

Products are manufactured and/or dispatched once payment is reflecting in our bank account.

Orders being shipped may take up to 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery destination (major cities or non-major cities). Shipping costs are calculated according to your delivery address given on your order and estimated parcel size.​ Large orders may take longer to manufacture and packing for shipment. We will contact you regarding the estimated time expected.

MANUFACTURING LEAD TIME
Products may take up to 5-10 days to manufacture and ship if product is not in stock or if there might be any unforeseen delay in making of a product. Larger quantities/ orders may take longer and will be communicated to the client.
CHARGES & REFUNDS POLICY
If you return a damaged and or defective product but fail to return all of the accessories or parts that were sold with that product , we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) refuse to return, only to replace the item you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and or parts and only credit or refund you in respect of the returned product.

If you return a product that does not comply with the below Return Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Bush Bags SA for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having to return the product to you.
RETURN POLICY - RETURN | DAMAGE | DEFECTIVE
Products may only be returned when defective, damaged on delivery or if the product received is not the same as ordered. If product it defective/ damaged in anyway, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product/s, and must be returned within 7 days after notifying us. The defective/ damaged part/product may be subjected to a test.
We do our best to ensure that the products that we deliver to you are of high quality and in good working order. If you received a product of poor quality or damaged in any way, please let us know via email or WhatsApp, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice, repair/replace the product or refund you with the purchase price of the product.

THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE REGARDED AS DEFECTS AND WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO A RETURN UNDER THIS SECTION:

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.

Damage arising from failure to adequately care for the product.

Damage from unauthorised alterations to the product.

To ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible, you are responsible for the following when returning you product/s:

Include all accessories or parts that were sold with the product.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirement could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
